Shipping
Please note that all prices and taxes displayed DO NOT INCLUDE import duties or customs fees. You will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.
We ship to Sweden, Europe, and most international regions via UPS, DHL, and Postnord. If there is no shipping option available for your destination, please email us at shop@cathynordstrom.com.
Our fabric and wallpaper are shipped directly from our factories while our cushion covers and swatches are shipped from our Stockholm studio, therefore you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Standard Shipping - Sweden: 2-3 business days
Standard Shipping - Europe: 3-5 business days
Standard Shipping - Rest of world: varies depending on your location
Returns
Unused cushion covers and unopened wallpaper are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All fabric orders are final sale, as they are cut to order.
To initiate a return, please email shop@cathynordstrom.com. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return has been approved. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Trade Orders
We offer trade discounts to interior designers and architects for purchasing fabric, wallpaper and cushions. To apply for a trade account, fill out an application here.
