What you'll do

This is a hands-on operational role that handles our day-to-day order management and customer service, manages orders, maintains customer data, coordinates with our warehouse, and provides excellent and efficient customer service. You'll handle questions about products and orders, follow up on enquiries and quotes, and take care of practical tasks such as fabric samples.

An important part of this role is also to identify and implement ways to improve workflows, service levels and operational efficiency. Beyond handling the ongoing customer service operations, the role will set up AI-enabled ways of working, establishing smarter and more automated processes across customer service and operations that enables the company’s growth journey. We're rebuilding how we work from the ground up, and we want someone who can do the job and improve it at the same time.

Who you are

You are structured, service-oriented with a strong growth mindset. You are reliable with a strong sense of ownership. You enjoy solving problems, creating order, driving efficiency and finding smarter ways to work and you are comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced environment.

You have a genuine interest in AI, with a steep learning curve and the ability to apply it practically in an operational setting. You're curious and efficient, combining a hands-on attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Experience is a plus, but mindset matters more to us.

The practicalities

This is a part-time role at approximately 20–50% capacity depending on season and business needs. You will work as an independent consultant through your own registered company and invoice us monthly. The role is based at our Stockholm studio, with some flexibility for remote work.
