What you'll do
Sales & Client Experience

–  Welcome everyone who walks through the door, from first-time passers-by to returning clients, and give each of them a personal experience
–  Drive sales and contribute to store sales targets
–  Get to know the collection inside out and advise clients on fabric, wallpaper, colour and pattern
–  Build and maintain a client book, nurturing long-term relationships through personal follow-up
–  Follow up on samples, quotes and open orders
–  Welcome interior designers and trade visitors, and pass trade enquiries to our sales team
–  Represent the brand's tone and values in every customer interaction

Merchandising

–  Lead & execute window display design and installation, creating windows that draw people in from the street
–  Style the store to showcase the collection and reflect seasonal direction
–  Refresh merchandising monthly so there's always something new to see
–  Support replenishment so shelves and displays stay full and well-organized

Events
–  Support the planning and running of in-store events, workshops and brand activations
–  Help prepare the space and materials needed for events
–  Engage visitors during events and turn interest into sales and future visits

 Who you are

We care more about personality and passion than years of experience. If you love interiors and people, we'd love to hear from you.

–  A genuine passion for customer service, interiors, colour and form
–  A warm, outgoing personality and a natural way with people
–  A strong eye for styling and visual presentation
–  Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not a must
–  Well-organized and comfortable managing several tasks during a shift
–  Fluent in Swedish and English
–  Available to work some evenings and weekends. 

You are structured, service-oriented with a strong sales and growth mindset. You are reliable with a strong sense of ownership and you are comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced environment. You're curious and efficient, combining a hands-on attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. 

The practicalities

This is a part-time role at 50% capacity. The role is based at our Stockholm shop.
