What is your return policy?
Unused cushion covers and unopened wallpaper are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All fabric orders are final sale, as they are cut to order.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return has been approved. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship to Sweden, Europe, and most international regions via UPS, DHL, and Postnord. If there is no shipping option available for your destination, please email us at email@example.com.
Our fabric and wallpaper are shipped directly from our factories while our cushion covers and swatches are shipped from our Stockholm studio, therefore you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Is there a fabric order minimum?
Yes. The order minimum for fabrics is 1 meter and we only cut whole increments. Fabric by the meter is non-refundable.
Can I order swatches?
Of course! Once you have found a pattern you are interested in, just select the "swatch" option instead of "meter" and add it directly to your shopping bag. Swatches ship within 1-2 business days from our Stockholm studio.
Do you hold stock?
We try to hold stock of at least 10-20 meters in every colorway. If the fabric is not currently in stock, the lead time is no more than 3-4 weeks.
Do you ever have sales?
No, we do not. We are not big on trends and strongly believe our textiles and products stand the test of time. We do sometimes have special promotions, sign up for our newsletter so you don't miss them!
Do you offer trade discounts?
Does my cushion cover come with an insert?
No. The price of the cushion covers do not include an insert. Certified Scandinavian down feather inserts from Engmo Dun are available for purchase in our showroom.
Do you make custom pillows?
We do not offer custom pillows. Instead, we recommend ordering fabric and having a custom pillow made by a local workroom. You can view our current selection of fabrics here.
How should I care for my pillow or fabric?
We recommend dry cleaning if your fabric or cushions have stained. Do not spot clean or bleach. As with all printed textiles, direct exposure to sunlight will fade the fabric over time. Try to cover your textiles when leaving your home for longer periods.
What is the rub count and is your fabric suitable for upholstery?
The rub count for our fabric, printed on Libeco linen, is 20,000rubs/Martindale. We recommend light upholstery such as drapes, cushions, headboards, and furniture not exposed to heavy wear and tear. However, 20,000 rubs works perfectly for upholstery and we have covered both sofas and armchairs in our fabrics, but because of the hand-printed technique used, the colors and pigments can be worn out over time with heavy usage. We believe this is part of the charming and beautiful handmade process.
How do I know how much fabric or wallpaper to order?
We strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities.
Do you print custom colors?
We do! There is a minimum order of 19 meters required for custom colors as well as a 30% surcharge and a strike-off fee of 1000 SEK.
Do you offer CFAs (cutting for approval)?
We strive for color consistency in our production. However, as all of fabrics and wallpapers are hand-printed in small batches and made from natural fibers, some variation in the texture and shade of the base cloth is to be expected. Print colorations and dye lots may vary slightly too. If a precise coloration is required, we recommend requesting a cutting for approval(CFA) prior to ordering. CFAs are available upon request, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will assist you.
