Shipping Policy
We ship to Sweden, Europe, and most international destinations. If you don't see a shipping option for your country at checkout, please email us at shop@cathynordstrom.com and we'll do our best to help.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (weekends and Swedish public holidays excluded). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note that fabric and wallpaper ship directly from our factories, while cushion covers, inner cushions, and swatches ship from our Stockholm studio — so you may receive your order in more than one shipment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Sweden: 2–3 business days Europe: 3–5 business days Rest of world: varies by destination
Most orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or DHL and delivered to your nearest pick-up point. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order at shop@cathynordstrom.com.
Important: All prices and taxes at checkout are exclusive of import duties and customs fees. You are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or permits upon delivery. Please note that all shipments to the United States are currently subject to import tariffs.
If your package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. In that case, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be charged to you.
Fabric: All fabric is cut to order and shipped directly from the factory within 3–5 business days. All fabric orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Wallpaper: Wallpaper ships directly from the factory within 2–3 business days. Opened wallpaper rolls cannot be returned.
Cushion covers: Cushion covers ship from our Stockholm studio within 3–5 business days.
Inner cushions: Inner cushions are available to purchase online and ship from our Stockholm studio within 3–5 business days. Please note that due to their volume, inner cushions may result in higher shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
