Returns Policy
Online purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. This includes unopened wallpaper rolls, home accessories, quilts and suzanis. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Any sign of use will make them ineligible for return. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total, and any customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Log in to your account at account.cathynordstrom.com.
- Go to Orders and open the relevant order.
- Select Request a return, choose the items, and submit.
We'll review your request and email you a prepaid return label with instructions. Prefer email? Simply write to shop@cathynordstrom.com with your order number.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Items purchased in our showroom: cushion covers and lampshades may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase. All other in-store purchases are final sale.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. If an item is not eligible for a refund (e.g. it has been used, opened, or damaged), we'll contact you to discuss next steps.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Separately from our returns policy above, if you are an EU consumer you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To do this, use our Withdraw from your contract page.
When you withdraw, we will refund everything you paid — including the original standard delivery charge — to your original payment method within 14 days. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; return shipping is at your own cost unless we tell you otherwise.
Some items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law, including goods made to your specifications or cut to order (for example, our cut-to-order fabric).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, email us at shop@cathynordstrom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Please note that our products are handmade using natural materials and may vary slightly between orders. We recommend checking all items — including wallpaper — carefully before installation, as we cannot accept returns or issue replacements for damage caused after installation.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from handling or storage after delivery.
