Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email shop@cathynordstrom.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note the following:
- Fabric and opened wallpaper rolls are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Cushion covers and inner cushions must be unused and in their original condition. Any sign of use will disqualify the item from return.
- Lampshades must be unused and in their original condition. Any sign of use will disqualify the item from return.
- Items purchased in our showroom: cushion covers and lampshades may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase. All other in-store purchases are final sale.
- You remain responsible for any import duties or customs fees associated with the return shipment.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. If an item is not eligible for a refund (e.g. it has been used, opened, or damaged), we'll contact you to discuss next steps.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, email us at shop@cathynordstrom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Please note that our products are handmade using natural materials and may vary slightly between orders. We recommend checking all items — including wallpaper — carefully before installation, as we cannot accept returns or issue replacements for damage caused after installation.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from handling or storage after delivery.
